PHPに関する脆弱性が発表されました。
以下の通り、弊社の対応状況をご報告します。
なお、現時点で本脆弱性を悪用した被害や、
ユーザー様のデータ流出等は確認されておりませんのでご安心ください。
■Fleekform / Fleekform Salesforce版 / Fleekform給与
利用状況
社内プライベートネットワーク内の一部サーバーにて、
対象となるバージョンを利用していることを確認しております。
影響度およびリスク評価
当該サーバーはインターネットから隔離されたプライベートネットワーク環境下にあり、
外部からの直接アクセスは遮断されております。
そのため、直ちに悪用されるような喫緊のセキュリティ影響はないと判断しております。
特記事項
Fleekform給与で利用しております
メール配信サービスが 2026年10月22日(木) 2時30分より
PHPに関する脆弱性への対応のためメンテナンスを開始しております。
その影響により、Fleekform給与のメール配信に関する機能が停止しております。
Fleekform / Fleekform Salesforce版 に関するメール配信は影響ありません。
今後の対応について
社内プライベートネットワーク内の一部サーバーにつきましては
脆弱性対応のバージョンアップ（パッチ適用）が公開されており対応を進めております。
Fleekform Status on Recent PHP Vulnerability (October 22, 2026)

Yesterday, The PHP Group announced a security vulnerability affecting certain versions of PHP. Below is an update regarding our assessment, current operational status, and ongoing response for Fleekform services.
Please be assured that, at this time, there is no evidence of this vulnerability being exploited, nor has there been any unauthorized access or compromise of customer data.
Fleekform / Fleekform for Salesforce / Fleekform payslip
Current Scope
We have confirmed that certain servers located within our internal private network are running affected PHP versions.
Impact & Risk Assessment
These servers are located within a private network environment isolated from the public internet, with all direct external access blocked. Because direct unauthorized access from outside is prevented, we have determined that there is no immediate security risk of external exploitation.
Important Notice: Temporary Service Impact
The email delivery service utilized by Fleekform payslip entered maintenance starting Thursday, October 22, 2026, at 2:30 AM (JST) to address this PHP vulnerability.
Fleekform payslip: Email delivery features are currently suspended due to the vendor's maintenance.
Fleekform / Fleekform for Salesforce: Email delivery functions are not affected and continue to operate normally.
Next Steps & Remediation
Official security patches and version updates have been released for the affected internal servers, and our engineering team is actively applying these updates across all relevant environments. We will share further updates regarding the recovery of email delivery for Fleekform payslip as soon as new information becomes available.
